Interesting, I didn't know that was a thing. You can get charged with an additional crime if you have a pattern of committing crimes. Either this must be a state-specific thing or most of the time they never enforce it elsewhere.

On a different note/rant, I hate when people say I hope they get raped/beat up in jail. I hate the support for that because it means there is some other felon that is still getting off on dominating someone. And that just goes to show if an inmate wants to get you he will. Even in protective custody that guy got to him. Prison doesnt work how most people think. I remember i heard a case where this guy somehow dug a tunnel or something all the way to another pod or block. A WHOLE FUKING BLOCK!! And he killed a guy. Thats crazy. Don't think it was a big problem before they changed the law. I cant think of one case were someone went to prison before that law took affect. besides it was probably a class 4 felony.Unless you got priors or a chitty lawyer your not going to prison on a class 4 felony. Assuming that it is a class 4
