Where'd you get the Russia part from?

The one damning thing against Biden is how her mother called into the Larry King show back 30 years ago and talked about this, without naming Biden specifically. Confirmed to be her mother and she mentioned a powerful senator. Either way, the lawsuit seems like it's against the FBI's actions against Tara Reade when she came out, not Biden.
