Why do people with kids get so much back in Taxes?
They get like 10k back while single people get nothing.
If anything, it should be the other way around.

Because by not having kids, you've decided that your contributions to the economy (paying taxes, providing some dort of work to society when you make money, taking care of the aging population).begin and end with strictly your own lifetime.

Because bleeding heart dumbasses in the world have a hard on for kids. "mUH KEEEDS!!!"
Extra perks for having children should only be given when there's a severe population shortage, which is far from being a case in US. In fact, we need to cut the fat and unclog the traffic by quite a bit.
I would give a tax break to single people as a reward for making a responsible life choices, but of course who cares about responsibility nowadays when only the degenerates get rewarded while others are breaking their back to subsidize them.
