Would this work to get out of being in trouble at work?

Next time my boss reprimands me for something, I’m thinking of just responding with: “okay, oKAY! Stop YELLING AT ME!”

Then just storm out. I’m thinking he will have fear of backlash from HR or something.

Any time I've gotten in trouble at work I denied everything. Always deny.

I always accepted blame then doubled down then started yelling then refused to leave with security then they called the cops then i left and verbally charged them with espionage as a sovereign citizen then kicked over a chair.

I got in trouble at work and my female boss wanted to talk about it with me.

I told her I was uncomfortable discussing it and it worked!! She just stopped mid sentence and that was it.

Women use that trick all the time so i figured i would give it a shot and it worked.

Its a temporary fix. It will work for a bit but you'll forever be known as the overly emotional troublemaker and when the first round of layoffs start up, you'll be the first on the chopping block.

Anyone can be "amazing" at a job. Most newbies are "amazing" because they're just excited to work at a new place and they're eager to get started.

If you've been there for a while, you're going to have to do a lot more.

That means being so fast and efficient at your job you can finish early and help other co-workers with their job AND volunteer for OT if needed.

You'll need to be consistent with this work ethic to the point that they forget about past transgressions. i'm talking 6 months straight of going above and beyond.
