Okay fellas.
He only counts the movies that he wrote and directed of his official filmography. That being the case, we have:
1.Reservoir Dogs
2.Pulp Fiction
3.Jackie Brown
4.Kill Bill
5.Death Proof
6.Inglourious Basterds
7.Django Unchained
8. The Hateful Eight
9.Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood
10.The Movie Critic

and as for Grindhouse it looks like he was a Co-Director with Eli Roth so it wasn't his personal movie.

The only movies I liked of Tarantino were Reservoir Dogs, The Hateful Eight, and Four Rooms.

It is a movie that requires for prerequisite knowledge of the Mason family, a lot of young people were lost because they didn't have that knowledge. This is part of the reason Tarantino intends to retire, he doesn't want to lose touch and be thought of as an old, limp dick director. And as much as I love him, and given the subject matter of his final film I think its a good idea to move onto other endeavors.
Its also every much a hangout movie or slice of life movie where instead of being overly concerned with plot, the joy of the movie is hanging out with the characters as they go about their lives. Now given by penchant for Hollywood history and filmmaking, the whole film is smack dab right up my alley. I can see this not being the case for others though.
