Russia took the best thing America had to offer and made it better

Remember 2 years ago when Mcdonalds announced they were abandoning Russia to stand in solidarity with the Jews in Washington?
so the Russians just renamed the stores as America laughed at them and said they would only fail?

well, they are still there, and thriving and even opening up new locations.

apparently the food is even better and less oily
its cheaper
the stores are cleaner,
there is no obese brown people making the food or in the stores getting in fights and ****ting them up




Are we as Americans going to just stand by and let these Russians get away with this?

How anyone can look at the former soviet union and actually find any thing good that came out of is mind boggling.
I have a feeling the Russian people would have a different opinion now that they are actually free to talk. Assuming they are actually are.

Can confirm I was in Russia 3x in 2023 and it's very civilized. The economy is thriving and they have just about everything you could want.

I can say that Russians are the least political people. They want to enjoy their lives and do not worry about things they cannot control, such as their government. They like Americans, too.

No they are very blunt and never fake. Even passport control agents were very polite to me. I met a guy on the flight who kind of took me under his wing and helped me go through passport control. Super nice and friendly. They know we are not our government, just as they are not a reflection of Putin.

Met them at various points along the way and one I met in college who was a student over here when the us govt was friendlier with Russia and they were more welcome here by our government.

It's not communist over there. The businesses are privately owned, not owned by the government. There is an election coming up in March. The Soviet Union was communist but today's Russia is not. Not since 1991.
