They do it for attention. Regardless of what they claim. I know girls that dress modest (looser fitting clothes). And they claim the tights pulled up their azz/into their camel toe is uncomfortable and fells weird. Also know girls that wear the tights that get pulled up into their azz and a crop top/sports bra only. They openly admit they do it because they think they look cute.

The only thing that bothers me is when fat people dress like that. Seriously man. Put on a XXL t shirt when you are obese.

All the heavy sweatshirt/hoodie says is "I'm a fatass" and/or "I have body dysmorphia" and/or "I'm small as fuk and don't want anyone to know". It's always one of those three. If you have a decent physique there's no way in hell you'd wear a dam hot fukking sweatshirt while working out. It's uncomfortable and it looks stupid. Yes, Bumstead is in the body dysmorphia category, and most other guys are just fatcells or twinks.
**Eat lots and lots of birds. The smaller the bird, the more compact its protein content. Parrots are great sources for protein.**

there was a time when "working out" meant people would wear whatever ratty clothes and shoes they wouldn't wear out anywhere else. but as society (and men) became more feminized a lot of thought started going into gym attire. dudes now out here spending $100 on gym capris, $50 tshirts and $200 sneakers for the gym...and don't get caught with anything but $200 airpods for music
