Spent all my years in female nutrition/bodybuilding trying to help young females and others get started...you know help them out to get them on the right path. I'm 55 now, still lift my arse off, never had any work done and you know what...I've done just fine.

I won't be posting anymore pics...no worries.

No that never happened over there. I know it's hard to believe but all the females got along just fine. When they changed the format people complained and moved on. I'm guessing most left for IG and other places. I still keep in touch with a few of them outside of here.

Yeah but that isn’t a locker room vibe, just lots of people on the misc are bitter *******s now. Still a good bit of quality posters, but it seems the ratio is getting worse every year. Maybe it’s because we’re getting older and lots of people let age and the world make them bitter, or maybe it’s just the way of the world now. Either way it kind of sucks, but I guess at least the misc is still a thing for now so we should enjoy it while we still can.




Oh yeah, and great work on the photos. Lookin nice, thick, tight, hnnnggg.
