As far as I see it measured on quality it's Premier League > La Liga > Serie A. BTW, bottom ranked Nottingham Forest have a higher quality ranking than any other lowest ranked league club worldwide.

Not sold on Bundesliga, Leverkusen & Bayern are 10+ points ahead of 3rd placed Stuttgart. That isn't competitive. Liga Portugal at least has Benfica, Porto and Sporting who are all capable of winning that league.

Bundesliga yes has goals, but Eredivisie beats it. TBH, if you really want to see action then you go to the Scottish Highland and Lowland leagues where the bottom clubs (Edinburgh Uni & Strathspey) have conceded an average of 4+ goals across 20 games lol. Even some of England's step 7 leagues (such as Southern League Central) wipe the floor with most Euro leagues (if you're looking for goals).

Don't know nearly enough about fan bases and history to determine what is so special about the German league, but it seems that it just isn't quite on a par as several others in the areas that count.

I think Liga Portugal is competitive in the sense that I seriously can't choose who is the better team between Benfica, Porto and Sporting. In contrast in other leagues teams like Bayern, ManC, PSG etc just jump out straight away. Must admit that I am biased with Portugal. A tiny country of 10m that has always been punching domestically and internationally. The domestic comp is very entertaining. Sporting played insanely good last week against Casa Pia smashing them 8-0. However, they took recent Ls from Braga and Guimaraes who are each well able teams. So it can be unpredictable, but the style of play is great to watch which probably has a lot to do with the number of South American players heading there. Sorry, ranting here, but I'd recommend any brahs in the thread to pay extra attention to this league.Will say that Union SG seem to be doing big things at the moment and I love betting on RWD Molenbeek. They're a wild team.
