What will the explanation be for letting tens of millions of illegals in the country the last 3 years in the first place if he goes the EO route?

This is a disaster for the left no matter what action they take now, and it’s completely of their own making. They could save a little bit of face by immediately beginning construction on a wall, but we know that isn’t happening.
