My Daily Jeep has 49k...its a 2020
My track car has 190k on the body...but that's about the only thing original on it....has about 8k on the motor/transmission/suspension/brakes. It's a 1999. All previous mentioned new parts were swapped in 2019.

I was a mechanic when I was younger so I know how much of a pain in the ass it is to fix cars. That's why I kept my civic that is built like a tank. It is always reliable and can still get 42 mpg on long highway trips. I'm not buying some new car that is going to have something stop working on it every 5k miles.

I also have a dodge ram truck if I need to tow or haul something in the bed.

Had an v6 07 accord once that was basically junk ...drove it 5 years tho . Replaced a bunch of parts and wasn't even that high milage

Drive a 14' buick now built like a tank surpringly, Owned it 3 years and only switched out the battery ( knock on wood)

I'd probably buy another Honda again tho think that one wasn't good picked it up pretty cheap so can't complain too much

They are still good but not like they were up until 2002. In 2003, the build quality started going down and getting much more plastic like other manufacturers. I would buy a new Toyota first, Honda second and wouldn't touch anything else if I wanted a car with low maintenance.
