He had classified documents in his garage after his vice presidency. Trump is going to trial for having documents after his presidency in a secure safe that he was told he was allowed to have. 2 tier justice system.

And yeah we know he's senile but they are going to try to go after trump for the same thing, even though it's up to the president to determine what is classified and what's not. Vice president does not have that power.

What's funny is I've asked some libs what they think of Joe Bidens cognitive function and showed them some videos of his dementia moments. They said he just had a studer and that it's mean to point that out.... Wonder if they are still in denial. That was a couple years ago. Dude seems like he has pretty advanced dementia at this point.
