Why don't Russia and the USA join together in view of a common white identity?

So many different ethnicities within those sub categories.

The GERMANIC race is different from the Slavic one.
Also on top that Europeans further separate from eachother due to religious, national & political affiliations. Protestant/catholic/orthodox have had their differences for hundreds of years.

It had nothing to do with Russia being an Imperialistic nation, Japan was also very Imperialist yet they were allies with the Nazis.

Hitler saw the Japanese as equals with the Germans, essentially the master-race of the Asians.

Hitler saw Soviets/Russians/Slavs as subhuman not worth of existing and that they should be wiped out and land should be used for German living space.
