$410k net worth by age 37. This puts you in the top 24% of USA for your age range. Decent, way above the median for your age, but a little shy of being the average (which takes into account millionaires so no sweat).

$165k remote is great in 2024. What matters more than that though is how much you're able to save.

I'd give you a B+, or a 8/10. Keep it up mang.

Roth IRA seems a little low. I'd recommend making the max contribution of $6,500 yearly.

not great, would be ok if you had substantial equity in a home on top of it but you are looking at 3x your savings to get a modest home or rent for life.

IDK, seems a little too pessimistic for me, srs. There's some nice houses in Texas, New Mexico, Florida, that OP could buy in about 2 years in full with cash. And I'm not talking 2/2 1300 sqft 1960s unrenovated dumps. I'm talking 4/3 2000 sqft built within the last 5-10 years and a nice pool or deck, master bathroom, a fenced in yard. Unless we get another real estate spike akin to what happened during COVID within the next 2 years. Right now he could sign on for a mortgage and just kill all of that debt with all of his upcoming savings in less than 3 years.
