So the goalposts have changed from games journalists are corrupt to user reviews are now corrupt as well? Funny because your buddies have always said that user reviews are the gold standard .... guess not anymore.

Yup the thing to remember here is fanbases and to keep in mind which ones have the most unhinged losers dedicated towards fighting for them on the internet. When it comes to that, Sony is unrivaled. Everywhere you find them, you will find corruption and unprovoked attacks against all they deem opposing.

Well it's pretty much common knowledge how the journalism scene is corrupt and it's no secret how easily user reviews can be manipulated. People can only rely upon their genuine judgment and interests these days, and they can share it but that might get a lot of people on the internet very angry if it dares to go against the mob.
