When I use to work in a hospital, we can always tell if someone was into anal (the top). The guys would always come in with UTIs...

just looking at the anatomy of a man you would think its practically impossible to get a UTI unless bacteria is FORCED/PUSHED into the urethra. So they're not only practicing anal, but they're doing it raw.
