Looks like a big defense lost here with Bradley. He says he has no personal knowledge of the affair's starting when they were municipal judges, so to the extent he has knowledge of the affair starting at the time, he presumably learned it as part of the attorney-client relationship. Merchant tried to argue crime-fraud exception, but judge says there was no crime at the time of the communication ...

I thought the other defense lawyer might've been able to get a win with his suggestion that Bradley talk to the judge in-camera, and the judge could then direct Bradley to testify if he has information that Wade committed perjury, as they believe he did. The judge seemed to see merit in this argument, as he will see Bradley in-camera and put the statements in a sealed file in case an appeal succeeds. But as of now, they can't get past the attorney-client privilege

Was she given the latitude to just ramble on for 10 minutes every time an answer of two words was sufficient, due to being an officer of the court or something? Or is this commonplace in all trials?

Where is attorney general miscinbro we need his expertise

I haven't actually been watching this (though I've heard some cliff notes), and am not a Lawyer, but...at what point does that sort of chit become contempt of court?

Judge to hold in-camera hearing with Bradley because he believes Bradley doesn't have good understanding of attorney-client privilege (i.e. he claimed attorney-client privilege for things that didn't have privilege, making judge wonder if any of his prior invocations of privilege were BS)
