its cope, gen z cant afford families, they cant really afford cars and they dont have the balls or even the will to want those things

its not really their fault, its the governments fault. But it is what it is.

so instead they have these gay little tax farm towns to live in. here you go, They are just like any other town except you cant leave because you don't have a car, and theres nothing to do besides go to the coffee shop or bar and pick up sluts. Maybe the designer of the town can pay some E-girls to live there to attract people. Atleast its a step above a favela, for now because it has that "Apple" branding feel to it that Americans love. in 10 years it will just be a **** hole full of diversity and crime.

TBH that's how a city is supposed to be and has been for hundreds of years until the modern age of cars and people wanting to spread out. Just look at Europe. There are plenty of villages and cities where transportation of any kind isn't necessary. Looks peaceful to be quite honest. The main reason why I don't live in a city anymore is because I can't stand the chaos. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Except in these new 15 min cities, you will be finned for driving outside your designated area, you will have no land, and you will be forced to live in the confined area no matter how bad it gets, and how many illegals come strolling in. Sounds great...oh and of course your accessibility to shopping and restaurants will depend on your social credit score and vaccine/health status

Eh people have been living without cars in nyc for years. It all sounds great until you have bad weather, need a large package or piece of furnitire delivered, need more than a bag or two of groceries, kid needs to go to the doctor, etc. Only works for single or childless people.

The buildings look like chit, though, tbh. All those biden voters probably lined up to pay $2K a month to a mega corporation they all claim to hate to rent one of fhose section-8 looking apartments to show how green they are.

The idea behind 15 minute planning is that all those venues (local shopping centers/hospitals/schools etc) should be within, well, 15 minutes

There are little pockets of San Diego that are like this. They're super nice, but comically expensive. You can still drive your car through it, but you don'thaveto if you live in the area.
