The dudes charisma just absoloutley blows them all out of the water. Even reigns and the rest of the samoans can't do anything but stand there and bask in his glory and it's just embarrasing tbh.

you're wrong. rock was good and better than almost everyone on the current roster, but his promo skills aren't what they were and you're kidding yourself if you think they are. last night was an A- promo at best....which still chits on 95% of the roster

I was just thinking the other day how huge Val Venis (physically) was back in the Attitude era.

As for Rock’s promo and presence, yeah, the contrast does no favors. Solo won’t fly on his own with his short pudgy build that we’re suppose to buy as an “enforcer”. Reminds me of manlet Taz when he showed up in a WWE ring and it was obvious he wasn’t looking the part of the gimmick. Nobody buys it. Jimmy is even worse than his fake black manneristic brother, and at least his brother gets more of a response.

Then with Roman.. As if there needed to be more reason to see Roman’s comparison to the Honky Tonk Man’s run where there is this emphasis on longevity but everyone knows there are so many better IC champs like Savage, Perfect, etc. Roman has come a long way but this last year has largely been a zero since he doesn’t have Zayn pulling the weight of the Bloodline angle. It clearly peaked last year. WWE has to be so thankful for the Rock to take this fledgling angle out of the sh*tter and make it something again.
