Shareholders of the bank are victims in case of bank fraud, even if loans are repaid. They aren't repaid in the amount they should have been given the actual risk of the terms.

Lenders who do this to get commissions are doing what they call 'selling the bank'.

Though the banks testified on behalf of trump and said that they did their own due diligence with regard to valuation of assets and were fine with the terms of the loans.

I own commercial real estate, yes. I have no idea how much Mar-A-Lago is worth because I haven't looked into it nor care to. I just gave you the facts of the case, which were:

- the county assessor valued it at $18 million
- Trump valued it at $1.5 billion
- the judge didn't say it isn't worth $1.5 billion; he simply asked for him to prove that it is worth $1.5 billion because of how far different that number is than the $18 million the assessor valued it at

Trump couldn't prove its value and so he took another mason jar to the onion ring or... what we call just another day in the life of Trump, son.
