I noticed taking 5mg every day that it became less effective over time. Plus Cialis has a ton of side effects. Bad acid reflux, messes up my digestion, really bad leg/sciatic pumps, etc. imo Viagra is actually a better drug. Gets you just as hard but much more short acting with very few side effects other than mild stuffy nose and occasional vision changes - these sides are way better than the cialis sides tbh. Also even viagra the next day I notice by dick gets hard faster than usual.
**Eat lots and lots of birds. The smaller the bird, the more compact its protein content. Parrots are great sources for protein.**

I heard microdosing it is one of the best things you can do for your health. Not in any need of it, but wouldn't mind trying like .5mg/day to see what it does.

Everything you just said is wrong. It's like you got the two drugs mixed up.

Viagra has stronger side effects by far and are more common by far. It's also not "Just as strong", it's significantly stronger than cialis per dose.
Cialis also has a ton of health benefits, and even gives you a better pump in the gym to the point where there are body builders who use it literally for working out.

That being said, I use both, depending on circumstance. If i'mma be hanging out with my girl all day, with no real plans, I'll probably pop a cialis so I'm at the ready whenever.
If I know I'm about to go smash and want to be extra impressive, I'll pop a Viagra about 45 minutes before hand.

I’ve used cialis and viagra hundreds of times each. For me, the sides of cialis at 5mg are way worse than the sides of 50mg viagra. Cialis gives me bad acid reflux and i get a temporary sciatica from it. These are not uncommon side effects and they can last for days. At 5mg i do not notice a great pump at the gym but I do feel more lethargic. For viagra i get flushing and stuffy nose for a few hours then feel fine. Again, people respond differently but for me cialis is just trash compared to viagra. Both give identically good hard erections for me just very different side effects. I have also used rugiet which was kind of weak.

I mean, I hear ya. I was speaking less anecdotally, and more just according to the tons of reading I did before I touched the stuff.
Results may vary for everyone. Anecdotally, I don't get any side effects at all from Cialis, where as even a dose of 30mg Viagra clogs my nose within an hour and makes me feel my pulse in my entire face.
As for erection, Cialis is noticeable, particularly in regards to refractory period, and multiple rounds, but Viagra gives me a god damn diamond cutter that literally makes my dick hurt a little when I fully flex it.]


And Lavitra? I don't use Lavitra anymore. With Cialis and Viagra I had to at least get horny for them to work... With a 20mg of Lavitra I could get hard while watching golden girls or gay porn, and my boner literally lasted (even after a fat nut) to the point of me starting to worry about those "see your doctor IF your erection lasts for longer than 4 hours" warnings. Ded srs.

Potentially improving insulin sensitivity could improve ED symptoms but unless u are prediabetic i see literally zero benefits to any of the supps listed above. It’s a dumb list. Peter North had an ok list a while back which was basically arginine, maca, tribulus, zinc, and whey protein. Those combined with an actual drug like viagra will work well. All the stuff the guy listed above is like 3 to 4 steps down the line if like you are a ball of fat and nothing works.

Insurance is less likely to approve daily use unless you do all the workup with an endo, uro, or card. Especially if you’re under 50 lol

They may approve a few pills per month for PRN but nothing more unless your doctor deals with all the pre authorization crap and appeals crap, which they most likely be unwilling to do unless medically necessary

That’s why places like Hims and stuff is so popular

5mg of cialis has zero side effects for me. Doesn't really make add much sexually, but great for blood flow and long term heart health.
