Quick lo mein skillet dinner with pork, scallions and threw in some walnuts. For dessert I made a vanilla and coconut cake, topped with vanilla frosting and more coconut.

I love walnuts and have a bag that I need to use. Decided to throw some in and cook with the dish for a little more texture and flavor
