I do. I don't care what people think. I pay bills (which comes up to monthly rent), help my sick parents and I take care of myself. I see it as instead of renting and giving someone else money, I might as well stick around my parents while they're still alive and pay them. They don't bother me and I told them if they want me to keep living with them, they dont ask me anything about my personal life. They dont and respect my boundaries.

People who say ''I get to save money'' - Yeah, sure I get this. I used to have this mindset but isn't worth your mental health in the end.

Folks who act like their boomer parents are chill af past 60 are coping. Mom and Pop past a certain age become the grumpy old stereotypical person.
It gets annoying af that both of you know you are 30 but they still try to treat you like you are a teen.

It can be quite annoying living with parents. But, even if I had my own place, I'd rather live with my parents most of the time to watch over them and leave whenever I please.

The best course of action for any male is to have one foot in the door and another out.

Remember, if you're working, you're not developing your IQ. So, whenever you paying off that mortgage, someone who doesn't have to work to pay for rent and food is out IQing you.

Also this sht depends on your parents srs. If you have good parents that actually raise you well and help you out then yeah I could see staying with them to save money. 2) Save $100k cash

You're at a HUGE advantage compared to 90% of the population. I'd say suck it up and make that sacrifice to leap over everybody who's debt maxed. Pussy shouldn't be much a problem if the women you meet has their own place.

A **** ton of people are struggling, begging for student loan forgiveness, no emergency fund, up to their neck in credit card debt, all while paying $1400/month in rent. It's very hard to get ahead these days. You used to be able to walk across the street and get a factory job which payed you enough to cover all living expenses. Now? Good luck buying a house, you'd have to make $100k, and it'd still take a minimum of 5 years to save for a down-payment


If you want to get ahead:

1) Stay home
2) Get a roommate

If you live at home and find a girl with her own place that's helpful ...but it's kinda beta and small dic energy to constantly rely on your girl to provide some privacy

It's the same way when my buddy who lives at home always wants to come over and crash because he lives at home - it's get old being the one to host every time
