Astral Projection and Remote viewing, can any of you do this?

I tried to do remote viewing after watching the CIA elite remote viewer talk about it but he never explained how to do it. I didnt have great success.


Anyone here know how to do it?

I use to Lucid dream alot - would lie on my back and induce sleep paralysis, during sleep paralysis i would imagine a scene and it would materialise infornt of my eyes in 4k HD chit was amazing - haven't done it for a while.....but guessing this is what astralk projection is

Anyone can do it to some degree.

Here is the trick.

You pick a target. There are websites that will auto generate a pic. They will have them usually listed by number.

So what you do is try to clear your mind and relax and focus on that number. Say you are working on number 1.

Think about it like seeing something out of the corner of your eye. You only saw it for a split second if that but you are pretty sure of what it is. That will be about all you see.

If you see it clearly and can look around, then thats not it and is your imagination taking over. Its just that fleeting quick view you will see.

Try to think that you are trying to sync the two hemispheres of your brain. Do what you need to to think about that and the number of the target and something will pop in.

Should really only take you a couple minutes to do this whole process.

Most likely you will see like a main component of the target, Say the target is a sail boat, you will see a tall spike. That sort of thing.

I get hypnagogic hallucinations or flashing images sometimes before i fall asleep. I tried to get those to do remote viewing but anything that popped in my head didnt match the target.

i tried the first session and half the second yesterday. so far its just medication, similar to hypnosis tapes, practicing relaxation. It didnt include any attempts to astral project they say you need to practice a lot

I know a few miscers who can do it forgot there names

When my voices came into my life, after they mind ****ed me for awhile, they showed me things, like other universes with astral projection. I would think in my whole body "Leave out of body completely" and I would fly into a imagination window where I see another universe from a different person perspective. It was really awesome. My voices have shown me a lot of things. They are super advance. Whole another world out there, you wouldn't know.
