I work out at home these days. Been doing an upper lower split with a lot of compounds and deads on the lower body day. Today is lower. I start with low bar squats, work up to a heavy double or triple and then deadlifts working up to a heavy single. After that I’ll do some hamstring curls 4x10 and calf raises 4x10. If I have any energy left I’ll throw in some lighter safety bar squats and call it a day.

We just bought a new treadmill right around the time of my first surg in November so I haven't really had a chance to try it out much.

Going through pretty bad neck problem that is starting to get better.
Neck problem caused my arm and wrist and hand to get weaker on my right side. Finally starting to get better.
Biceps are looking like softballs now, arms looking good.
So weird with the neck problem, triceps didn’t work, pec didn’t work, biceps not great on that side; and grip went to chit. Fukin unreal. Getting better slowly tho.

As for me. Today I’m doing squats, standing presses, deadlifts, and if I have anything left in the tank some jm presses.
Looking to add 5lbs to my 3x5 squat and deadlift maxes. 2.5lbs to my OHPs. I’ll play it by ear for the jm presses.

Threw in 4 working sets of jm presses and 2 sets of neck.
Don’t know how I feel about the jm press vs close grip bench tbh.

Heavy bag work with a different wrapping technique.
Have been questioning the wrapping stuff I see online so will experiment myself.

Did a tough conditioning workout yesterday.
6 reps of 1km interval runs at a 4min per km time. 2 mins walking recovery between each set (36 mins in total)
Followed by 30 seconds of burpees into 30 seconds on the airbike - 1 min recovery between eat set. 10 sets of that (20 mins in total).

What are we doing today boys and girls?
For me it’s squat, bench and deadlift. Doing my warm ups now and my hip is hurting. We’ll see how this goes.
Looking to add 5lbs to squat weight for 3x5s
2.5lbs to bench for 3x5
5lbs to dead for 1x5
