Yes. This is totally the same thing as Kormo living with his mom in a subsidized apartment at age 38.

Yup. I admitted that. It's a luxury not available to a lot of people. Would have had to plan differently if I didn't get that 100k

But to be fair here I was working full time and had about 65k ~ saved up that I put down .

And then moved into the condo with basically 0 trying to rebuild a nest egg.

I would have had to make different plans for sure...cheaper condo , etc , longer at home, list goes on

That 100k off them just made all the difference

If they're working and saving, nothing wrong with being 30+ living at home. Jew MOGGERS like your mindset, those 30 yr olds should be rentcels.

And what about the people who do move out and still have a mediocre life?

Well it's not like there's a wide range of other factors that could possibly determine your achievement level in life

Lol

I get your point bro , kids shouldn't move out or get kicked out at 18...but at 30 that ship has kinda sailed

Also , you should want to give your folks a break. I'm sure my parents like their life style now without a bunch of grown kids in their house

But yeah man it's a balance, eventually you gotta get out there and gain that life experience.

And not to mention bro when I moved out my dating life really took off

Helped me meet my current girl

She owns a house but lives with her sister and niece

So it was so much better to just use my spot until she was comfortable introducing me

Also having your own spot just automatically puts you ahead of every other guy with a bunch of roommates or still at his folks

Just the way it is

Why would you abandon the only people who truly love you? They gave you life.

For what so you can incur debt and bring home random sloots?

I got 105k to put towards down payment yes

But I also was working full time and had 65k ~ savings to put down

That's more than a lot of these goofs could say

Haven't asked for another penny since

So to say I got my life just handed is not true. First you have to live a certain way to have your parents justify investing that type of $ into you.

yes you got lucky in life. it still does not mean you can go around judging people who are worse of than you. if you never got the 100k you'd be in the same position as them

Be glad you are not livin eastern countries where it is the norm to live for life with your parents. Even if you were CEO 100K/day, you would still be living with them. And if you dare to move out? people will spit on your face for "abandoning" them

In highschool I worked at a grocery store with a Greek guy in his 30's who was totally open about never wanting to leave home. Saw him like 20 years later at the same store doing the same job and he looked like he hadn't aged a day. Dat stress free life.
