FLU has got me seriously depressed

Was hitting all time PR's, feeling my best.. went away for the weekend to San Diego and caught the FLU. I have been in bed for 4 days straight shivering and sweating, barely eating and sick AF. Did I lose all my gains? GODAMMIT I hate being sick. How the fk do I come back from this
