I cant speak to penny stocks / options but for sportsbetting, as important as actual sports knowledge, if not more important, is bankroll management.

For optimal longevity, you shouldn't ever be risking more than 3 to 5% of your bankroll, and oftentimes should really be in the 1-2% range for each wager.

I typically maintain a $8-$10k bankroll and use $80 to $300 Units.

for example, I was really confident on the Chiefs ML for the superbowl and placed a 4 unit wager of $720.

if you want to make acc money long term look into sport betting exchanges. bookie odds are priced in unless you find an "arb" meaning long term youre losing. exchanges have true odds betfair being the leader in the industry. finding value bets wont be as easy without a lot of studying tho
