Its not a chithole. I'm glad I got to see it in the 90's, 2001, and in 2008.

i live in London pretty much always have , day to day things are pretty normal with people getting on with life, no big deal
life goes on pretty calmly without incident

Then look at spain, france, germany, all those places had an issue with england for the longest time.

My public transport from work has been diverted/cancelled 6 times in the last year due to stabbings further along the route.

I live in the most diverse borough where anglo brits are a minority, crime is legit through the roof. Rubbish every where, immigrants spit on floor left right and centre.
