Trump didn't admit to any sex crimes, if he did, who did he specifically admit to assaulting?

Trump could say he rapes all the time on a wire tap then admit it to police but they can't arrest him without corroborating evidence.

You keep conflating criminal with civil. For criminal convictions, the standard is "guilt beyond a reasonable doubt" and the standard in civil cases is a "preponderance of evidence." Admitting that you commit crimes that you're being accused of by a specific person in a civil suit is a piece of a preponderance of evidence.

But as for your statement, the police don't need corroborating evidence to make an arrest. They only need probable cause. You know, this is why bond exists because people are innocent until proven guilty. Corroborating evidence would be necessary for a conviction.
