trimming at ATH is ok but I won't sell my core holdings until it can pay off the house in full

furthermore, sell for what? cash losing 8% a year in real terms, boomer stonks propped up by 1 trillion every 100 days in money printing, real estate at 6% to borrow, gold prices manipulated beyond comprehension

Institutions are providing it to the masses now with ETFs. They've accumulated hundreds of thousands/millions of Bitcoin within months. These companies like Blackrock, Fidelity, Ark Invest will not allow the price to trash to same percentage as in the past.

It’s not a retail game anymore, these massive pension funds that are part of Fidelity and Blackrock, these firms have trillions of dollars under management, they don’t sell.

You’re wrong about cashing out, rich people do not cash out, tax implications could be devastating, what you do is you simply borrow against your portfolio, you do not sell, have you heard the expression rich people don’t pay taxes? What do you think that means? I just described it above.

Government does regulate crypto. That’s why etf got approved by the government.

There firms do not sell. They have allocation rules. Such as “allocate this or that percentage to this or that asset class”

trim if you need some money but most people do not understand the utility of crypto

You'll want to hold some for a good while boyo.

I've been in the space since 2014. I trim on massive bull runs like now just to get some capital back but you want to be accumulating over time.

This is our generations opportunity for life changing fortunes. The ones sitting on the sidelines chitting on it are being eroded by their banks but think they are winning because they're getting a few % of interest.

cashing out before the halving? Lmao, there's a chance it might reach 150k+ b4 end the of year and that's being conservative

Btc and crypto isn't some one time thing you cash out, its a hedge against inflation.

I think Misc aren't aware that Hong Kong ETFs are coming soon to bring in that China money and the UK just approved ETNs (their version of ETFs) for BTC.
