Sweden Police call for a ban on civilians using bullet proof vests

As more refugees fleeing wars orchestrated by the j's arrive in Sweden, "no go zones" are expanding in Sweden turning it into an all out warzone, more people are wearing bullet proof vests. Police are calling for a ban.

didn't Sweden used to be one of the most safest places at one point? I mean really low crime rate....etc? Looks like Sweden fell. Operation destroy The West in full effect right now.
