South Koreans the only Asians that eat cheese/dairy, that's why they've grown tall af

Like seriously, I've been watching these food channels and food shorts, and Koreans are putting cheese and milk in everything.

They put American cheese in their ramen noodles, which IMHO looks disgusting, but supposedly it's tastey.


Yes, I'm aware that wealthier South Koreans take their kids to growth clinics to inject them with growth hormone to ensure they'll grow tall, but not every S Korean can afford that.


Therefore it is my conclusion that South Korea's acceptance of cheese and a dairy diet has played a pivotal role in their rapid height increase. Because in the past, South Korean foods weren't heavy in cheese and dairy, and they were about the same height as the Japanese (aka short).

We see same thing with the Mongols and Turkic peoples, they live on a cheese, milk and meat diet and they're alpha warriors, whereas the other Asians eat a carb-based diet and are generally passive intellectuals.

I've always thought there was something to this. Take for example, the Maasai tribe in east africa. They are some of the tallest people in the world and subsist on cows milk and cows blood

I can remember watching a Korean movie and being surprised at how much dairy products they ate.

I had a Chinese friend in mainland China and he ate cheese from New Zealand. His son grew to be tall by Chinese standards, maybe 6'2"

Protein consumption is directly correlated to height. This has long been known.

But mainland Chinese people fuking love cheese because it's fermented. They'll eat anything that's fermented. Most Cantonese don't like it because it has flavour.

The Japanese eat high amounts of protein like fish, chicken and beef, and yet they've only slightly increased in height... Whereas the South Koreans have exploded in height in barely 20 years.

it's the dairy, not necessarily the protein.

it's the dairy, not necessarily the protein.
They're not that much shorter. Also I can pretty well guarantee you they eat less protein than Koreans.

He was at least 6'3" and perhaps even 6'4" barefoot back then.
Dalip singh was 7'1" barefoot for comparison before his legs started getting curved.
