From what I've seen you can offer the misc incels any bit of advice and they have a reason (excuse) not to do it. The simple fact of it is until they accept that the world isn't going to give them their dream job and a loyal 11/10 hbb isn't going to magically fall on their lap and that they need to put effort in (not a months worth followed by well I tried and nothing happened may as well rot), not only will nothing change for them, it will actually get worse as the passage of time makes it ever harder and gives them less time for trial and error.
Edit to say, and if they say well I don't want that I want to LDAR my life is meaningless, then they should fully embrace that and stop complaining about their situation 24/7
