It's not going to kill anyone to wait for a PC port lol. Gamers need to realize that you absolutely don't need to play a new game on launch day.

I bought Yuffie DLC on day one and didn't even get around to playing it until just a month ago. I didn't really "wait". I just forgot about it and the timepass just creeped up on me.

I'm sure ppl will have no problems finding other games to play. By the time they even realize it, Rebirth will be out on PC.

I keep being mindblown at the scale detal and depth of this game. Just out of the saucer now in chapter 8, had the date with Tifa and the music for that was FIRE

Didn't you know brah, PCcels are waiting years to play Sony games while doing absolutely nothing till then. Shame there are no other games on the system for them to play in the meantime or anything.

I respect tifa too much to use her. Don’t take advantage of her Soft heart. What she has been through, not an imposter. Why if he had any strong feelings for her whatsoever cloud could tell the difference, as any men can their one true love. During their song. Which like irl you need music for any special occasion

Queens blood is actually pretty fun once you learn how to play.

I made it to Junon. Still trying to take my time and do all the side quests etc.

10/10 game will replay in hard mode
Look, i know i don't really know you and all, and i know you probably hear this like everyday, but your just so perfect to me. The few hours we talked were really great even if the convo was stale, your really pretty and chill, and your country thats just perfect :'D i really dont know how to explain it, but i think i have feelings for you somehow. i never felt like this with someone i just met, but i felt the need to get it off my chest. sorry for being all weird just idk how to explain it D:

Im playing Queens blood whenever I can, im never the minigames guy but trying to do everything in this and its usually worth it.

We performance update yet? I'm about to go full homo as Cloud at the Honeybee Inn so I guess I'm more than halfway done with Remake. Oh, just remembered I also have Intermission to play.

Damn son I spent so much time in Witcher 3 playing Gwent. That chit was so addictive. If this card game is anywhere near as good my body is ready

Chapters 7 and 8 were absolutely goated. Masterful stuff with Barret and the gold saucer etc.

I'm pretty sure this is the best game I've ever played. Everything is done at such a high level and even small side things have such insanely high quality and detail.

Got sick of trying to avoid spoilers so I had to start skipping all the side stuff. Gonna go back in chapter select to finish. Don’t know if I have it in me atm to go for the plat for this one.

where are worried about seeing spoilers?

the convo kind of died down so its not like its popping up everywhere from what I can tell.

im not very far because ive been taking my time but seems like the hype died pretty quick cause i dont really hear people talking about it. i think its great so far. gonna be hard to top Remake though. too nostalgic.

I think alot of people that WOULD play it havent yet for various reasons.

But this game is so easily over Remake for me, its not at all close. You're going to have a lot of nostalgia for this as well trust me

After putting in 147 hours in SF6 in two months, I think I'm finally ready for another game. Been dabbling in Tales of Arise, but I feel like I'm just lying to myself when I know FF7 Re is where I should be focusing my JRPG attention.

I don't think I even saw this much positive reception when FF7R came out. The benefit of only releasing on next gen perhaps. Guess I'll find out...

Well then rot into this! I get my seal of approval is either a good thing or a bad thing here but this i will highly recommend. The whole tifa cloud red Barrett Aerith and Yuffie universe settle into it and escape reality. Rot !

You'll see. Im telling you this does not even compare to remake, they're just doing so so so much more with this and pretty much everything is done at a high level. I really think its gonna blow your mind

I'm pretty much around 30 hours in on my remake playthrough. About to head to shinra and rescue Aerith. It's been a lil bittersweet, on one hand it's great seeing the characters and the charm of their interactions, having fun with battles etc. On the other hand, this being my 3rd and final playthrough it's made me realize there are parts of the game I just don't look forward to playing like all the sewer mazes, the shinra lab etc etc.

Really excited to finally play intermission and on to Rebirth.

Shinra lab is a delight. The sewers mechanical mazes can suck it though. It’s one of the chores in remake no doubt.

I didn't like Shinra lab that much tbh. It was just another maze to me. It's not the worst technically, but what made it one of the worst was having to constantly change materia around when the parties switch.

just beat Tales of Arise like 5 days ago. Its a pretty good game and one of the better Tales games.

I think Rebirth is getting high praise because everyone knows how good Remake was. I dont think anyone thought Remake was gonna be so good including me

Made it to the costa del sol ship.

This game actually feels like it took 4 years to make.

Extremely pleased with everything.

Yeah there’s slight tweaks to the story but it makes the game feel newer.

Also I think mostly 30 year old something’s are actually playing this game lol.

I really don’t think kids these days understand what FFVII was or is. Tik tok generation zoomers only care about fortnight and chit. So of course there’s not much “hype” cause kids that create hype don’t gaf. Us older generations don’t have time or interest to create the hype.

This game is already goated.

I’m 21 hours in just trying to explore every nook and cranny and complete side quests.

Also this games use of profanity and Pervy scenarios further cements its goatness. Cloud being an awkward Chad is very true to the original and very well done.

It’s not woke. At least not yet.
