I disagree; he definitely seemed liked he'd had a bump at the state of the union.

Biden needs to do a better job tweaking his message to the American people. I'm sure internal polling shows him high, but he is clearly cracking apart to the public.

I doubt the fact he's demented is a primary issue for most people... if he was demented but everything was going great - then his approval would be good. So him going an hour without ****ting himself or falling over is irrelevant.
