So does this mean I could hire an all white team and claim I didn't want BIPOC people to feel unsafe around my whiteness, and to avoid harming them, i had to hire all white people.

apparently the video is slightly click bait. She's not the lead DEV of the new EA game. and this video is old. Looks like she was lead dev when creating some low quality indie game.

That said, still crazy she can be openly racist and get hired at major companies with no blowback.
