My opinion is that BOTH Willis and Wade should have been removed from the case, but the case should have been allowed to be continued/picked up by someone else. Not sure how that would work if the DA was removed from the case but I'm sure there is a way.

Edit: I followed the case pretty closely and it is quite obvious that they both lied on the stand about when their relationship started. That alone should have them removed and charged. How can you have a lying DA prosecuting someone?
If both are removed, then it would be taken up by a completely different office. It’s quite likely that other offices would drop it, as it is a complete stretch of the law to bring charges. More likely, another office would significantly limit the scope or toss all together.

The fact that a DA can be so obviously corrupt and lie under oath without any actual ramifications is what we always see— the establishment gets a pass for egregious crimes, whereas the law is twisted in any way possible to go after anyone in trumps orbit.

Removal would have been more devastating to the case. They would have had to start from scratch again, and would have messed up the timing. All of the cases against Trump were deliberately timed to interfere in the election. Jack Smith even violated judicial rules specifically written to prevent election interference, but he did it anyway.

There are so many details in the laws and rules that have to be known, that a majority of people don’t understand why these cases are so filled with corruption and that they aren’t being stopped/shut down for it.

Meh, I think the final outcome will still be the same. Keeping her involved when it is so painfully obvious what's going on is a slap in the face to any sane individual observing it play out - and frankly she's demonstrated to be so retarded that having her in place is preferred if this charade has to happen at all

Judge is a little bitch for sure.

Which is fine. I would prefer to go that route and let another office decide whether to take the case up than have the case simply tossed like Trumps team I believe was arguing for.

To be honest it's probably a loss for Trump in the end. Everything we have heard about Wade is that he was unqualified and a terrible pick for the case. If the DA office can actually now find someone with experience it will probably be worse for Trump. That is a big IF though.

People with RICO experience won’t waste their time on this nonsense trial unless there is serious political or financial gain.

Fani giving her boyfriend a small fortune, and then allowing him to take her on 4 trips in 6 months, was the motivation. Fani claims she has a bunch of cash lying around to pay him back… though we have zero evidence or paper trail of this cash on either end (coming from Fani or going to wade). And like I says before-/ even with this cash pile, she had a lien on her home she could t pay. Funny how that works.

I'm not arguing with you about Fani. I believe she should be removed from the case as well and potentially charged with perjury along with Wade.

He and Willis travel the world and he pays for it.

She claims she paid him back in cash, of which there is zero paper trail on either end. And despite this pool of cash, she had a lien on her place and clearly had no cash. They were financially motivated to bill as much as possible and the extend any trial because they were personally benfitting financially.

They never reported they were dating, an ethics violation.

Despite them saying they were dating prior, they had 12,000 texts and calls in the year prior to being hired by Willis.

There were multiple instances where he would call at midnight, drive to her place, leave at 4am and then text her when he got home. An obvious booty csll. He says he went out yo dinner… gtfo.

A friend of his knew all details about it and told everyone about it. They got to him before he got to the stand and suddenly he forgot all of it.

Fani and wade lied repeatedly under oath.

So people that lie under oath, fail to report ethics violations, and personally benefit financially from bringing the case are running the show.
Translation: she was objectively not on trial.

So what are your thoughts on the other questions I asked?

Would that be a bad reflection on her if she was charged with a felony?

Would you be less likely to trust her if she was charged with a felony?

Even the appearance of impropriety is enough to remove her. The judge was a pussy, as this goes way beyond appearance.

Are you honestly asking is a prosecutor, who has multiple ethical violations and was willing to lie under oath, is a bad thing… I mean… yes?

Lold at no impropriety found. People are on death row with less evidence against them.

Sure, this wasn’t a criminal trial, but her actions and conduct were definitely on trial, and she proved to be corrupt and a liar. Hard to take anything she says in court seriously given her conduct.

No.

But I know it had zero to do with the evidence that will be presented against Trump. In fact it had nothing to do with Trump other than he's clearly quite scared of the outcome of the trial.

The DA having some kind of ethical issues matters not when it comes to the evidence they've gathered against him.

Let me help you out boyo. Ethics violations have ZERO to do with the evidence that will be presented that Trump tried to steal the election. If ethics mattered much in this world Trump wouldn't have been able to be president and almost ruin our country.

So a DA, who is willing to lie under oath and has multiple ethics concerned, can be trusted to apply the law fairly when deciding which cases to pursue? interesting.

The law she is using against Trump and crew has never been applied in the way they are attempted. Aka standard lawfare. She hired her unqualified boyfriend and paid him $100 more per hour than true experts on the case. At times, he was billing 24 hours per day, while others on the case were billing in 15 minute increments. He pocketed over 720K. She approved of his billing and he took her all over the world on that $$$. She alleged that she paid him back in cash, but cannot show any proof that this cash ever existed. Neither could he. NO bank records, ATM records, etc.

They had a motivation to pursue the case because they made a ton of $$$ in keeping it going. And she proved here that she is willing to lie under oath and has zero ethical boundaries. Definitely someone that will uphold the law honestly...

But hey, clown world is fine as long as Trump is facing charges, amirite?

Not to mention the protests and campaign events she attended saying if you vote for, or support her, she will take down Trump. That should have been enough to dismiss. Goes to predjudice, which is a dismissal with no chance of reopening the case. This is why everyone on th left doesn’t want that to happen and we hear from MSM that that isn’t what “we want”.
