She disappears at the end of December, they say she was having an unscheduled surgery in January. They released she would be in the hospital for 10-14 days and would not make a public appearance until Easter. So, months and months of recovery.

January 29th they announce she's been discharged. No photos.

February, conspiracy theories about her absence are running rampant. The palace says they are ridiculous.

March 4th, paparazzi puts out a single grainy photo of her, which I wish I could find but it was not very good and I found it odd that they only had a single photo. Since when do paparazzi take one photo and not 50 in rapid succession to sell to different outlets?

March 10th the Palace puts out an speculated to be AI generated photo of Kate and her royal kids.

Also that day a photographer shows a picture of her leaving, it's clearly doctored (look at the bricks) and people show previous pictures of her that spliced her into this car.

Very strange. I don't know if anything is truly awry or not but it's very odd for sure.

I heard from a reliable source that Wills killed Kate for patting him rapidly on the head like the little bald guy on the Benny Hill show.
When "she" returns to the public eye she will be a clone/doppelganger/robot like Hillary Clinton, and supiciously lacking any memories of being murdered. But we will know. Oh yes, WE will know.

I reckon one of three things:

Will Cheated on her. (this is by far the most likely)

He beat her up during some wild sex. (obviously he cant hit her in the face)

She's just gone insane.

Honestly, I think the truth is pretty boring. My best guess would be that she has Crohn's disease, and required some form of bowel resection. That would make the most sense about the fact it was non-cancerous abdominal surgery that required a significant recovery time. Her face looked a bit puffy in one of the recent photos likely because she is currently on steroids.
