man shoots his wife for cheating. was he justified in his actions?



cheats on him and also gives 120k of his money to the guy she cheated with

husband ends up shooting her with a shotgun and only gets 10 years

What penalty do you think the courts would have given her for stealing $120k off him to give to the new guy she was banging had he not iced her? Because I guarantee the courts would have called that all "materal assets" and said it was her right to do it. The reason the guy got 10 years instead of 30 for icing her is because the jury felt terrible that she also stole $120k from him on top of cheating on him.

This is what I mean.

Cheating is pretty fuked up, but it’s not horrible. It’s never the right way to go about things but you can understand why it happens.

The giving 120k of her husband’s money to her new lover is the part that hints at her being a nasty bish deep down.

So like I said, they are both obviously horrible people.

Also it’s just a well known psyche thing, that like attacks like. Decent people don’t fall for and marry horrible people, it just doesn’t happen.
