What's the longest you've gone without water?

I'm watching Man vs Wild Bear Grylls on Pluto Tv.

I remember watching this show back in 2007, and got so upset that it was mostly fake lol.

Anyway, back to the topic. Im talking like no other fluids.

4 days during the solistice during my vision quest. Spent the whole time sitting and meditating under a tree tho so thats how it was manageable.
