Texas banning porn is great. Hopefully becomes a national thing.

If porn actually became inaccessible entirely, I'm pretty sure the mental health and productiveness of the general population would improve 50% immediately.

They would have to ban onlyfans, xvideos, spankbang, xhamster, all the gay/shemale sites too. This ban is useless if all they're doing is banning pornhub.

They will just get a VPN, it’s super easy..I used to talk to an Arab girl who was a virgin who lived in the Middle East in a war torn country and she told me she would use a VPN to watch pornography..they do that in all the Muslim countries. They have a high amount of porn viewership despite it being banned. Don’t think it’s gonna stop people from viewing it.

Yea in hindsight when I used to live in Texas last year for some reason my ISP banned a forum I liked to visit, so I just bought a $5 VPN and got around that pretty easily.

Texas isn't banning porn. Pornhub is throwing a fit because they want to keep pushing it on minors. They say so right in their statement if you read between the lines.

Honestly the access to porn on the internet has long been overdue to being addressed. Porn used to be hard to obtain, you had to go out of your way for it or be old enough to buy it.

if I recall it's illegal for minors to view porn; it sounds like the Texas law wants to make it mandatory porn sites only allow adults to watch it.

Most men can't get sex at all, are constantly getting sexualized content through all media channels (insta, tiktok, TV - everywhere) and have a huge sex drive due to testosterone. I think we'll see a big increase in snuggle struggle crime if porn were to be actually banned. If you want to see what happens with people who try to deny their sexual urges, look to the catholic church.

The future will look like this:

Top percentage men keep enjoying their lives having sex.

I used to think this, but now I think it's more a case of regular and consistent exposure to sexual content creates a compulsive sex drive.

Think of it in the same way as how cheap and accessible food aides in people becoming gluttonous and fat.

You don't want to deny a drive, but you don't want to over-indulge it either.
