Misc, help me lose weight, 200k reps. Also doing Carnivore

So sitting dead at 200 and have been floating here for a few years really...

Goal is 155-160 my end of summer.
Currently doing Carnivore Diet.

So questions are as follows:

1. Can I also eat some veggies on carnivore? Like grilled onions or lettuce? Basically for a lettuce wrapped burger.
2. How much volume is too much while eating at a 750 daily calorie deficit? Recently I have been doing probably 6-7 excerices with an average of 3 sets per excercise everytime I workout. roughly 40 minutes of weight 3-4 times a week, doing progressive overload where all 3 sets per excercise are near or at failure.

BTW I miss you guys. Misc is always my home. <3

you should be fine on that volume for a while. if at some point you feel you aren't fine then dial it back. many years ago I lost 100 pounds and did 531 BBB half the time. At some point I cut the volume sets back from 5 to 3 but that was it. Also on 750ish deficit for a year or a little more.

Unless your ancestors were from Africa where food was plentiful year round, your body wants you to be fat because fat is stored energy and a useful survival mechanism.

Other than blasting drugs, there is no trick or hack, if you want to be lean, you have to feel bad, end of story. Getting lean is literally starving to death as far as your body is concerned so of course it's going to send you signals telling you to stop.
Balding is death. If you have no hair, you have no life.

If I were you, I’d buy a book on the carnivore diet before doing it.

First of all you need to figure out what kind of diet you're doing. Keto is cutting out carbs. Carnivore is only eating animal products.

So if you want to go carnivore you'd eat:
-Meat
-Fish
-Seafood
-Eggs
-Diary
-Bone marrow
Etc. Pretty much anything that comes from an animal/seafood. If its a vegetable or plant its a no-go.

Some carnivore people agree that honey and seasonal fruits (in smaller quantities) are ok. Just understand its not pure carnivore and you'll be getting sugar/carbs in there as well.

You can probably quit doing so many exercises. If I were just cutting I'd probably run Upper/lower 4 days per week and LISS cardio on the off days. Especially in a caloric deficit. Lets be real. You're not going to be building much muscle or strength while cutting. You just want to maintain what you have as best you can.

1. Avoid processed bullchit
2. Avoid fast food
3. Avoid gas station hot foods
4. Avoid stupid sources of high calories - sweets, sodas, ranch sauce, mayo, ranch based sauces in general, etc.
5. If you must eat processed foods, look to things like Quest Bars that are at least loaded with decent quality calories and have small total calorie amounts
6. Learn to eat with your stomach (actual hunger) not your eyes
7. Avoid eating out of bordom
8. Don't eat like a damn hippo every day

Any of the other bullchit you mentioned in the OP doesn't matter. Keep it simple, and make it about lifestyle changes rather than fad diet nonsense. If you do all of this, you'll be shocked at how fast you can shed excess fat without even exercising on top of it.

Easy cycling will do you wonders srs. its one of the best ways to burn calories in a sustainable way (running is hard on the legs, walking is too slow, swimming is fine but need a pool and good technique)
