I don't know what you're talking about. What does it have to do with ivermectin not bring an effective treatment for covid?

Youre promoting the vaccine for babies, yet for some reason, you're not boosted. Care to explain your hypocrisy?

Ahhh, so this an appeal to hypocrisy.

It's a logical fallacy regardless of my personal vaccination status.

How do you define "boosted"?

What makes you think I don't qualify?

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

I dunno if everyone at the time had access to a personal team and IV infusions.

I mean, but it's still fukkin' hilarious that clever people found some random dewormer at Tractor Supply to self treat a virus 30 years later because they thought the government was trying to kill them with a vaccine.

Not just attacked….outright lied by photoshopping images of him to make him look worse. They couldn’t stand the fact that someone in his 50’s who didn’t get an injection beat it with no problem. And to make it worse he used things that they adamantly lie about(like saying tons of people were overdosing on ivermectin). Same with the health organization(s). To imply that ivermectin is only used in horses is absolutely insane, especially when they know it has been proven to effectively treat lots of viruses in HUMANS. When the case you’re making is strong, you don’t have to resort to lies and propaganda….so considering all the lies we heard for years, that says a lot about how weak the official narrative was.

Does he engage a full medical team every time he gets the sniffles?

I addressed your point that COVID is nbd.

If it's no big deal and Joe was fine, why did he engage a full medical team? If ivermectin is the best, why did he use IV monoclonal antibodies (from pharma)?

You gloss over key points to make an unsupported claim.

Regardless of whether the FDA "lied" about dat dere horse paste, there just isn't some nefarious ploy to keep us from a miracle cure. There are hundreds of studies which investigate the effectiveness of Ivermectin against Covid. Here is the pubmed search:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?ter...tiveness+covid

Across the studies, a trend appears. When the studies are more scientifically rigorous with a larger cohort, the effects are less pronounced. That pattern tends to hold true for medicines which actually aren't that effective.

It's true that some of these larger studies notice some weak effects, but none are touting this as some hidden miracle cure. The conspiratards rant that this is some suppressed miracle cure, but all the big pharma companies have studied it in clinical trials, you can see the huge amount of peer-reviewed work on it, and AFAIK there are dozens of ongoing trials for it.

I don't know of any large and systematic trial which has a clinically relevant outcome, like mortality, sickness, recovery etc. There are in vitro effects like lowered virus titer in cell culture and stuff, but you wouldn't even look at these if the treatment is effective. Likewise, you wouldn't need more people in a trial with hundreds of participants to figure out effectiveness.

Conclusion? Ivermectin has been given a fair and extensive analysis. The effects are weak and mostly clinically irrelevant.

You can take all the horse paste you want. Smear it all over your balls and walts down the street. It probably won't hurt you. But please....don't act as if it's some miracle cure.
Back off, Warchild.

Another challenge faced by the narrative supporters is the claim that research on ivermectin treatment was suppressed (by "them"). Yet, there is extensive published work investigating the effects of ivermectin as both a post interview and prophylactic treatment.

The evidence does not suggest ivermectin is effective against covid.

I know. I just linked to a pissload of scientific study on Ivermectin. Anyone can read the studies results for themselves. It's extensively studied.

Many of the studies are automatically invalid because the investigators used regression.

Just lol

Those studies were purposely flawed and you know it...

But dont worry more and more studies are coming out showing it does have great value in treating vaccine injury and long covid.

There are conflicting studies, with some saying it can help and some saying it doesn’t. And for the ones saying it doesn’t, many of them were poorly structured(which pharmaceutical companies have a LONG and EXTENSIVE history of doing to reach the conclusions they want). For example, underdosing and/or waiting until the virus has hospitalized someone before administering it. Then when effects are minimal they go “see, it doesn’t help!”. That’s like someone getting cut, getting a bacterial infection, making them wait until it turns into a staph infection, then giving them a dose of penicillin and saying “see…penicillin doesn’t help with this”. When the truth is it could’ve helped a lot if given right when they were cut.

And no one is saying it’s a miracle cure. That’s just another example of the LIES, which again indicate that your case isn’t that strong. Otherwise you would’ve have to strawman and keep saying things like “horse paste”. We’re simply saying that people repeatedly LIED and used propaganda on the subject, that many studies have illustrated it can have a place in the fight against covid 19, that pharmaceutical companies have a long history of skewing studies to get the results they want, and that there is a huge incentive for them to do so with regards to ivermectin. I guess some people are fine being lied to, and others have an issue with it. Everyone’s different.

Thus is why meta analyses reviews are the conventional approach. Regression tho

Well, for some people, the "conventional approach" is to conveniently move decimals around or "forget how to calculate percentages".
