How do some people get such gigantic things up their ass??
Saw a video of a biological female with a filled 2L coke bottle in her ass (bottom of it first). I know they take drugs to relax the muscle and will work their way up to it but even said, how does that not completley destroy their azzhole and rectum? Seems legit dangerous af.

They take muscle relaxers and it permanently stretches them out. Its common to have 30-50 year old women (and men) with incontinence issues. They basically have to walk around wearing adult diapers. They'll never admit to it, but the visible damage to their rectum when colonoscopies are performed doesn't lie.
