Pastries are extremely expensive.

From a dollar per calorie standpoint compared to something like ice cream.

I’ve been consuming a lot of both in my quest to get huge so I would know.

I suppose it makes sense since a lot of human labor has to go into making pastries look nice but that’s dumb, it’s all getting mashed up before getting eaten anyway.

Ice cream is actually pretty low calorie in my opinion. The entire tub of cookies and cream I posted is only 1800 calories, if it were vanilla, it’s only 1620 calories.

If I eat a whole tub of ice cream in a day, I’ll have less appetite for other stuff and it doesn’t add that much.

Idk. I’m trying to eat away the pain in my heart tbh.

All I’ve done for the past few years is work my ass off and it doesn’t get me anywhere and food is the only good feeling in the day and now I have an excuse to not restrict it anymore.
