I think my creatine is overdosed

Bought some creatine off a local a few weeks ago because I was in need

I think this chit is fuking overdosed by a lot. Noticed more oily skin. Right nipple looking slightly puffy unless cold. Weight went up 2-3lbs and pumps are much stronger. I’m also moody as hell and get angry a lot easier. The only thing I can think that would make a difference is I’ve eaten more carbs + fast food the last few weeks which would fill me up /bloat but doesn’t explain the moodiness. Maybe dropping caffeine?

That or it’s a blend of something. Either way I’m pissed. I keep my creatine at a very low and specific dosage for a reason. If I start breaking out and losing hair I will kill this mf

Perhaps it's mixed in with something stronger? Like when they mix in some fentanyyl in bad heroin they can mix in some tren into bad test.
