To be fair, if the claims by the OP are true (untrained/unqualified people administering care/treatment without consent), it's a serious situation that should be investigated. Imo, those responsible should face professional and/or legal consequences.

This is legitimate projection. It's basically story-telling. He's telling you exactly what he's experienced. He's an unemployed autistic online role-player with deep-seated deviate/degenerate desires that he cannot control. Hence his online RPG. He should be on a sexual predator watch list, because at some point his RPG is going to spill over into real life and the lines will be so blurred he'll end up doing something that he currently restricts to his private time.

He's a dangerous individual.
