In this instance, I saw a flaw in your mindset, this need for you to belong in a group and define yourself as such. Someone neutral, they'd want more than a preponderance of the evidence, as rape is a serious allegation and the more serious the allegation, the more concrete the evidence need be. Someone biased to Kavanaugh's favor, they would demand more evidence to satisfy the allegations. Someone against, like Pat, is satisfied with very little.

You're arguing with him, and I see a lot of that in the other thread, but you're arguing against his inherent biases -- a problem because he doesn't see them. He is incredibly biased, not just because he leans heavily left, but he also drinks a lot of the MSNBC Koolaid and they've repeated words and ideas which have entrenched him on this and many other issues.

For him, the matter is settled so any little breadcrumb of 'evidence' against Kavanaugh or Trump or whoever Rachel Maddow is talking about that night, it's enough for NYPat.
