Had a pbr for the first time in prob a decade last fall when I went on a tour at an old PBR factory in Milwaukee.
It was hipster beer back then because they didn’t advertise and that was what made it “cool”. That’s how it was always so cheap. They only make like 1/10 the production now since few people drink it.
Hipsters now drink IPAs.
Fun fact they didn’t give out blue ribbons for beer at the fair. They gave out metals.

I drink it when I go to shows in Philly they have a city wide special
shot of Jim Beam bourbon and a 12 oz. Or 16oz can of Pabst Blue Ribbon lager, all for the absurdly dangerous, wallet-friendly price of $4-6 bucks

My buddy told a woman at a softball tournament to get him a case of Labatt Blue and she came back with PBR. Was pretty funny but he wouldn't even drink it so I took it off his hands.
